VUGate offers a wide variety of contract support services for the
entire line of products sold by VUGate. Our Video One, Video Two and
Video Three service programs are available for the entire Video
Communications product line and incorporate features which meet the
needs of end users and resellers alike, from onsite services to
telephone support services. These services are backed by a team of
communications experts, a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and
a state-of-the-art manufacturing repair center.
Hardware and Software Billable Support
VUGate also offers a variety of billable
services, both onsite and telephone based, to meet the specific
needs of the end user or reseller. These billable services may be
used as an alternative to the contract services or as an adjunct
for those services not covered under the various contract
services. Billable services are available for installations,
repairs, and consultation on all aspects of your communications
applications.
Factory Repair and Upgrade Services
VUGate
offers a variety of services through our state-of-the-art factory
repair and upgrade center, including hardware repairs and firmware
and software upgrades for our entire product line. Repairs and
upgrades are available for most products at a fixed charge with
optional fees for expedited repair/replacement services.
Custom Engineering and Consulting
VUGate
offers consulting services on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
basis for all aspects of system configuration, site
survey/analysis, network analysis, custom engineering and other
similar services. Our experts can help reduce the cost of
implementation by helping to define the requirements before an
order is placed to avoid the pitfalls of unplanned expenses.
Training Services
VUGate
offers a Technical Training Program for our Video Communications
product line. Training is available at our San Antonio Training
Center. Onsite training programs are also available on a scheduled
basis.
